Pass Reservation Details
Discount passes to Boston area museums and parks are funded by local organizations and may be borrowed by patrons with an MVLC library card in good standing. Please note that:
Many museums remain closed due to the corona virus. Some are reopening but are not accepting passes. In many cases, times must be reserved. Given that there is no consistency regarding reopening, please check with the museum before booking a pass.
Please pick up passes during curbside hours (Mon.-Thurs. 10 am-7 pm, Fri. & Sat. 10 am-4 pm)
- Museum passes may be reserved online by MVLC cardholders.
- Passes may be picked up a the day before or the day of use. A $5 fine will be charged if passes are not picked up by noon on the day of use.
- Passes that must be returned should be put in the outside media bookdrop by 8:30 am the following day. Late fee is $10 per day $30 maximum.
- Passes may be booked 30 days in advance. Users are limited to four passes in a 30 day period. The same museum pass may not be booked more than once in a 30 day period.
- The system will not allow reservations to be made if library card has fines of more than $20.00 per MVLC policy.
- The community saves thousands of dollars each year with the reduced price passes. The passes are purchased with town funds and by the following community groups: Wilmington Sons of Italy, We’re One Wilmington, the Community Fund, and the Wilmington Arts Council.
