Share Your Arts and Crafts, Hobbies and Skills with Your Community

Are you skilled at gardening, canning, documentary making, fishing, bike maintenance or do you have special knowledge?  If so submit an application to participate in Skillshare Workshops @ WML.  Skillshare brings together people willing to share their special knowledge and skills related to their hobbies or crafts with others through library supported workshops.

Workshops selected for Skillshare will be scheduled most likely on Tuesday or Thursday evenings or Saturdays. Dates and times will be confirmed with the presenter. Sample workshop ideas include:

  • Sewing, knitting or needlework
  • Planning a budget vacation
  • Basic bike or car maintenance
  • Cake decorating
  • Green housecleaning
  • Maintaining land boundaries
  • Gardening, composting, houseplant care, or flower arranging
  • Scrapbooking
  • Lectures on history, science, technology, etc.

All Skillshare workshops are presented on a voluntary basis and are free and open to the public.
